The paint is a color change many years ago and is faded and chipped. It needs and does deserve a gorgeous new paint finish.
The chrome and especially the bumpers are exceptionally nice and can be used, as is.
The interior is fairly nice. Needs the one-seat bolster fixed, new carpeting, and paint the steering wheel and you would have a great interior!

Pictured are a few minor rust spots underneath but Factory undercoating from new really helped protect the rest of the sheet metal.

The original color is Starmist Blue with a White interior.
Sort it, drive it and enjoy it just the way it is, or paint it and fix the upholstery and have a beautiful and valuable, early T-Bird!
