Show-Quality LS-Powered 1955 Chevrolet 210 Two-Door Sedan Restomod

This 1955 Chevrolet 210 two-door post sedan is the result of a five-year, body-off-the-frame, every-nut-and-bolt restoration completed in January 2024, and it has covered fewer than 500 miles since. This is what we would call a gentleman's restomod. It keeps all the original lines and the vintage look while hiding modern fuel injection, four-wheel disc brakes, and upgraded suspension underneath. The build was featured in Hot Rod Magazine in August 2025, and the underside finish matches the top side. No expense was spared anywhere on this car, and it truly looks better in person. It is being offered on consignment for a local client and is located here in Phoenix, Arizona.

Exterior:
The body wears show-quality black base coat clear coat paint, and the fit and finish throughout are excellent. All of the chrome and stainless trim is new, including the smoothie bumpers, and all new glass and moldings were installed during the build. The original roll-up windows were retained, which means there is less to go wrong down the road. The car keeps every one of its factory lines and the whole package is very tastefully done. Photos are good, but this is one of those cars that looks even better in person.

Interior:
The interior is finished in full black leather with silver cloth fabric inserts to keep the vintage look. It features power bucket seats, a custom center console, a Lokar shifter, and Auto Meter gauges wired through an all new hidden harness. A banjo-style billet steering wheel sits on a tilt column, and the Vintage Air system keeps the cabin comfortable in any weather. The stock-appearing AM/FM radio has been updated with new internals, and Dynamat sound insulation was installed throughout during the build.

Mechanical:
Power comes from a fuel-injected 6.0-liter LS V8 topped with an individual stack injection system with eight stacks, backed by a 4L60E automatic transmission and an Eaton Positraction rear end with 3.89 gears. The engine bay is exceptionally clean, with billet components under the hood, a custom firewall hiding the coil packs and computer, and all wiring tucked out of sight. Cooling is handled by a polished aluminum Griffin radiator with twin electric fans, and the full stainless exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers and ceramic-coated headers has a nice mild and quiet tone. Wilwood power disc brakes with slotted rotors sit at all four corners, and the power steering runs off a serpentine belt system. The Performance Online front suspension features tubular A-arms, sway bars, and adjustable coilovers. Because it is all fuel injected, this car starts, runs, and drives like a modern vehicle.

Underside and Trunk:
The frame and underside components are silver powder-coated, and the entire suspension was rebuilt during the restoration. The underside finish matches the top of the car, and we encourage you to look at both. The trunk is fully finished with Eddie Motorsports billet aluminum trunk hinges, and it presents just as nicely as the rest of the car.

Closing Statement:
This is basically a brand-new build with fewer than 500 miles on it. You could not build this car today for anywhere near the selling price, and it would take you years to try. This one is turnkey and ready to go right now. It is a show car, a magazine feature car, and a great driver all in one. Come see it in person here in Phoenix, because the photos do not do it justice.
