2015 Chevrolet Express 2500 Explorer Limited SE 9-Passenger Conversion Van!

This is a 2015 Chevrolet Express 2500 nine-passenger high-top conversion van by Explorer Vans, the top-of-the-line long-wheelbase configuration and the one to have. Powered by the 6.0L V8 with automatic transmission, it shows just 60,000 original miles with a clean CarFax and no accidents. Finished in a silver fade paint scheme (light to dark) with factory chrome wheels and brand new tires (less than 1,000 miles), it has spent its entire life in the Southwest. Full disclosure: this is a private party sale, my personal vehicle, with a loan through Navy Federal that will be paid off at closing.

Exterior:
The silver fade paint presents well overall with a few scratches, nicks, and minor dings here and there, nothing major. The factory chrome wheels are in great shape and wear brand new tires with less than 1,000 miles on them. The right rear window has a hairline crack that is not easily noticeable, but full disclosure, it is there. Replacement glass runs around $300 if the next owner wants to address it.

Interior:
The two-tone gray interior is all original and shows excellent overall. The front seats have been reupholstered and look great. The rear seating and door panels show some normal wear with some of the finish coming off in spots, consistent with use, but it presents well and is fully usable as-is. All the custom lighting works, the TV works, the sound system works, the DVD and navigation function as they should, and the built-in vacuum is operational.

Mechanical:
The 6.0L V8 runs strong and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The van has been fully serviced and the entire cooling system was upgraded, including a much larger fan that significantly improves A/C performance over the factory setup. Everything works as it should.

Closing:
I bought this van about six months ago for family trips with the kids. We used it heavily early on but have only been taking it out about once a month, and my HOA has been ticketing me for keeping it in the driveway. Rather than pay to store it, I'd rather pass it on to someone who will use it. These long-wheelbase, high-top Explorer conversions are the ones to have, and with new comparable vans pushing $100,000, this is a strong buy on a low-mileage, well-equipped example.
