1975 Mercedes 450SL Roadster Resto Mod w/LS Conversion - AMG Look - Killer Car!

Here is one awesome-looking, one-of-a-kind 1975 Mercedes 450SL convertible Resto Mod, powered by a powerful LS drivetrain. It also boasts the looks of the ultra-rare AMG cars of the 1970s & 80s. We are selling this car for a local Paradise Valley gentleman who had a dream to build the ultimate R107 Mercedes. He started with the best car he could find, which was a gorgeous, all-original 1975 Mercedes 450SL with only 58K original miles, which I found and sold to him for $25K. After a year and a half and tens of thousands of dollars later in parts and labor, he created one badass street machine with the sophistication of a German sports car, the power of an American sports car, and the looks of a highly coveted AMG collector car. The seller just had us to reduce the price from his original $55K asking price for a quick sale, dont sleep on this one!

The car received a full LS conversion backed by a 4L60E overdrive transmission, giving it the power and reliability of a new Corvette. The entire exhaust system was custom-made and designed to be quiet like a Mercedes would be, making it the ultimate sleeper. The suspension was also lowered with upgraded spindles, giving the car a very aggressive stance, making it the perfect daily driver.

For a killer look, this baby was finished in Mercedes Ice Pearl with all blacked-out trim for a very modern, aggressive look. To finish it off, he ordered custom, classic AMG wheels wrapped with high-performance rubber to complete the look of one badass-looking work of art. It has both its soft top and factory top, as well as all the creature comforts the car came stock with, plus a few others like a Bluetooth stereo. It is one very cool and unique car that someone is going to own for a fraction of what it cost to build. This is truly his loss and your gain, as it was just completed in December 2023, but he has to sell for personal reasons. So, we are helping him find his baby a new home. Factory hardtop was painted to match with a hardtop stand.
