Here is an exceptional, 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible that was sold new in Phoenix, Arizona, and was a one-family-owned car until I purchased it 10 years ago to restore for myself. It is a lifelong Phoenix car that is absolutely as rock solid and rust-free as you would expect an Arizona car to be! The original color is Dover White with Black and White leather interior and White convertible top, although I was going to change the color to Black with Red leather interior and, at this stage, you could pick your own color, as well.
The restoration was already started when I purchased it and because I am very familiar with this model and have accumulated many extra parts, I can safely say and will guarantee that all the parts that are not available reproduction, are there and it is 100% complete!

Over the years, I have accumulated the very best components to use on my own personal car. The following are a list of highlights and condition of specific components or parts that are included:

1. Fresh professional restoration of the original 390 cu in engine.
2. Professional restoration of the padded Dash and end caps.
3. Complete factory Air Conditioning package included.
4. The bumpers are straight and rust free.
5. Excellent front and rear grills w/no pitting
6. Near perfect body side trim.
7. All of the stainless trim is near mint, just needing polishing. The trunk lid molding does need some straightening.

10. Near mint original horn ring and center.
11. Beautiful gauge assembly with near mint gauge housing.
12. Taillight assemblies and all exterior die cast parts are extra clean and easily chrome plated.
13. Rear side window frames are straight and not broken.
14. Clean, straight and perfectly operable convertible top assembly.
15. Working, original radio power antenna.
16. Original dash assembly plus extra Air Conditioning dash panel.
17. All correct interior knobs, handles, switches and trim pieces.
18. Original trunk liner patterns.
19. Original leather seat covers and door panels w/correct patterns.
20. Power windows and power vent windows.
21. 6 way Power seat.
22. Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Top.

In the interest of full disclosure, even lifelong desert cars can have an occasional small rust spot and this car has just three or four small spots but it should, in no way, diminish the rarity and desirability of this '59 Caddy! There just aren't any more original, untouched, unrestored, unmolested, and essentially rock-solid 1959 Cadillac convertibles around and available anymore! If you're considering a restoration, this Cadillac could easily be considered the Holy Grail of cars to acquire and start with! Minimal body shop labor! No rare or hard-to-find parts to search for! Rolling chassis and body for ease of transport! Easy restoration! Ultra desirable and valuable when done!
