This is a beautiful and very rare 1970 AMC AMX 2dr Sport Coupe in excellent condition inside and out. This particular vehicle was owned by father for the past 7 years and was also restored by him. He has done many award winning restorations and this car he restored for himself. His father, my grandfather, was an AMC dealer so he had a love for these AMX's. The only reason he is selling this car is because he has 3 AMX's currently and just reducing the herd. I originally found this car for him in Denver, Colorado and it was a nice original, well equipped car that just needed a cosmetic restoration.

The car was just finished a few months ago with less than 20 miles on the restoration. A Lot of the time it took on the restoration, is the time waiting for many of the special items on this AMX to be restored or found. For example the original rim blow, wood steering wheel was restored, along with the dash overlay just to name a few. It has a gorgeous red paint finish with a black shadow, all new black leather interior, and all refinished chrome and trim. This rare little muscle car will not last long!
