Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3+ (Stunning Original Survivor)

Here is an absolutely beautiful all original 1958 Oldsmobile Super 88 4dr Sedan survivor. This car recently came out of a gentleman's estate in Montana. He owned this car for several years and kept it in wonderful storage and is why this car is so well preserved. This car is in amazing condition and has really stood the test of time and retains most of its gorgeous Desert Glow paint, all of its original chrome, trim and glass. Even the original interior looks absolutely amazing. The car is solid as a rock and 100% rust-free spending its whole life in dry climates. It has 85k original miles on it and it shows as it is absolutely gorgeous. The original 371ci "Rocket" V8 engine looks and runs great. You just do not find cars like this very often, especially a '58 Oldsmobile which is an ultra rare find in an amazing color combination. All-around it is a spectacular and gorgeous car. Do not wait on this one as it will not last long.

Exterior: *Condition #3+

The exterior of this Oldsmobile looks absolutely stunning, finished in Desert Glow with a white top, a super straight body, amazing chrome and trim and excellent fit and finish throughout. As we stated before it retains most of its original paint and it looks gorgeous with a few small touch-ups here and there. The sides are straight as an arrow as it has never been taken apart. All the chrome and trim on the car is original and is in excellent condition and is just very beautiful and very shiny brightwork. All the original glass is in excellent condition and crystal clear. It is sitting on its original wheels and hubcaps which are wrapped in wide white wall bias-ply tires. The tires are a little older and show a little age but have a lot of tread life remaining on them. If you are going to drive the car a lot we would recommend putting new tires on it. Overall the exterior on this Oldsmobile stands above the crowd and is truly stunning.

Interior: *Condition #3+

The interior on this Oldsmobile is completely all original right down to the carpet. The seats had plastic on them for many years and was taken off to show how beautiful the original material really is, and so the interior is basically brand new like nobody has ver even sat in it. The steering wheel does have a couple hairlines but overall it is very nice and looks great. The dash and gauge cluster look beautiful and all the brightwork looks clean and shiny like the day it was made. The dash pad is in very good condition and looks fantastic. The original headliner is in beautiful condition and the original door panels look great as well. The carpet is original and again looks to be in phenomenal condition. Everything works in the car including the courtesy lights, heater/defroster, wipers, horn and directionals except for the clock and the AM radio. Inside the trunk is its original material and is super clean and includes the original spare, jack and jack instructions. Overall the interior of this Oldsmobile looks amazing and is sure to please.

Mechanically: *Condition #3+

Mechanically this Oldsmobile is in excellent condition and drives like a top with its original 371ci "Rocket" V8 and transmission. The brakes have been gone through, new belts and fluids and runs and drives amazing and looks just as good. The transmission shifts excellent and smoothly through the gears with no problems whatsoever. Overall the car runs and drives excellent and doesn't need a thing mechanically and is ready to be driven and enjoyed for years to come.

Under Carriage: *Condition #3+

The underside of this Oldsmobile is extremely clean, untouched and solid as a rock. It is totally 100% rust-free, the suspension is clean and tight as it should be,. Overall it is very clean and dry and exactly the way you would want to find and expect a southern car to be.
