Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #2- (Stunning Restored Example)

Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe in excellent condition inside and out. This car was beautifully restored and finished in 2009 from the receipts and documentation. This car is on consignment with us from a gentleman who is a Corvette collector. He recently put 5 cars on consignment with us so we are just helping him sell it as he is getting to the age where he is just not using it much anymore. This is a really cool car as it is a perfect car for someone who just wants an easy Corvette to drive as it is a numbers matching 300hp 327ci with matching factory Powerglide transmission, which is really rare to find, with power steering and power brakes for ease of driving. So you can put your wife in the car or if you don't want to drive standard this will be a great car for you. It is very nicely equipped with a teak wood wheel, true knock-offs, AM/FM Radio, and all the great comforts you would want in a classic Corvette cruiser. It has very well maintained and cared for and looks amazing and drives excellent. The underside of the car has also been beautifully detailed to show quality condition. It has its NCRS data report, a copy of its original window sticker with how it was optioned from the factory, pictures from the restoration, receipts, serial numbers, original owners manual, original sales brochure, shop manual, and a whole lot more. It is finished in its factory color of Glen Green with a Medium Saddle interior, both of which look spectacular. It will look great at any car show and it is just a wonderful driver. Exterior: *Condition #3+

The exterior of this Corvette looks beautiful, again the restoration was done about 10 years ago, but it still looks amazing since its always been stored inside and rarely driven. It is finished in its original color of Glen Green and it is a little light than the factory color but it looks amazing and more unique this way. The body is very straight with excellent fit and finish. Upon close inspection it does have a couple tiny stress cracks by the headlights which is very common on Corvettes. A couple of the wheel wells have had some repairs over the years which again is also very common on these Corvettes but we are just being completely honest with you. Otherwise the paint shows beautifully and all the chrome and trim is in excellent condition and really shines well. All the glass looks great, the windshield has been replaced and is crystal clear. It is sitting on true Corvette knock-off wheels which could possibly be originals, as this car did come with knock-offs from the factory, but we do not know for sure. It has American Classic whitewall radial tires and overall the car has looks that just do not quit.

Interior: *Condition #2-

The interior of this Corvette has all been completely restored back to factory specs with factory correct Medium Saddle vinyl seats and door panels. All the trim and brightwork is excellent condition and really shines throughout the entire interior. The dash and gauge cluster looks beautiful and are very clean. In full disclosure the right passenger dash pad is original and does have a crack that has been repaired but we do have a brand new dash pad that comes with the car that just needs to be installed. Everything appears to work in the car including the clock, radio, wipers, power headlights, courtesy lights, gauges, horn, power antenna and is completely ready to go. Overall it looks basically brand new inside and is sure to please.

Mechanically: *Condition #2-

Mechanically this Corvette is in excellent condition and drives like a top. Under the hood is beautifully detailed with its correct ignition shielding and components etc and you can tell that pretty much everything is new under the hood. It does have an upgraded aluminum radiator with factory GM hoses and clamps. It is its original numbers matching 300hp 327ci engine mated to its original Powerglide transmission. We have all the serial numbers documenting that numbers are matching etc and are included with the car and also in the photos. The car runs and drives very nice, shifts great and is just a real good driver. Absolutely nothing is needed to start enjoying this beautiful Corvette.

Under Carriage: *Condition #2+

The underside of this car is absolutely gorgeous and has been beautifully detailed and looks like a body-off restoration. All the exhaust is mint, all new bushings, all new clamps, all new shocks etc, It looks like a show piece with everything being new and you could put mirrors underneath it looks so amazing. Even the factory spare tire holder looks sharp. Do not miss out on this very nice little Corvette.
