Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3+

This is an absolutely gorgeous 1972 Chevrolet Corvette LT1 Convertible. This is a beautifully restored car done about 10 years ago. It is the second time we have owned this vehicle. We sold it to a couple about 6 years ago that drove it to car shows and on weekend. The time came for them to get a new home so they offered to sell this vehicle back to us and we liked it so much we purchased it back. This is a real numbers matching LT1 4-speed car that under went a beautiful restoration. The color is Sunfire Yellow with Black Leather interior. These are correct colors for this year but the car was originally Elkhart Green with Saddle for the interior after decoding the data tag. You would not notice this has had a color change by looking it. It is a beautiful driver that needs nothing and can be driven and enjoyed how it is. The whole body has very nice fitment with a rust free frame, just over all a super clean car with all the vacuum lines working on it. These LT1s are really starting to sky rocket in value, if you look online there was a LT1 Convertible that just sold for over $200,000 at Barrett Jackson this year. These cars are super rare and the only year you can tell it is a real LT1 by the vin number.

Exterior: *Condition #3

The is an absolutely beautiful Corvette that was restored about 10 years ago and still looks as nice, as if the restoration was just recently done. The paint was done in a Sunfire Yellow, which was a factory GM color for the year and looks absolutely gorgeous with the correct LT1 decals on the hood. The body has a very nice fit and finish. In full disclosure we believe that the front clip has been replaced at one time. But was done very nicely with the headlights, hood, deck-lid, and door gaps all lining up nicely all around. The chrome on the bumpers have all been redone, with new lenses, new trim, very clean chrome around the rest of the car and the original Soft-Ray windshield glass which shows it wasn't in a major accident. The black soft top shows great and doesn't really show any wear on it, which looks amazing. The factory rally wheels are in very nice condition with beautiful trim rings and caps and a great set of GoodYear Eagle GT Tires. Overall this is a very nice car that will satisfy almost any picky buyers, for a nice above average driver quality Corvette that you will be very proud of.

Interior: *Condition #3+

The Black genuine leather interior in this Corvette is absolutely beautiful. The leather seats with leather armrest in the middle look almost as if they are brand new. The door panels are in amazing condition with an amazing dash pad and super clean gauges and gauge cluster. The tilt telescopic steering wheel is very nice with the car showing 90k miles, which is believed to be original. The fitted AM/FM Cassette radio is very nice, so nothing ever had to be cut in the dash to install it. The carpet looks very nice with the original jack, battery tender, working gauges and horn. The idiot lights, heater, defroster, vacuum operated wipers, and vacuum operated lights all work. The door seals and weather stripping are in amazing condition, the interior is very super clean and will not disappoint on this way above average driver.

Mechanically: *Condition #3+

Mechanically, this car runs and drives amazing. This car is a super nice Vette that is just a pleasure to drive. The previous owner purchased it for him and his wife and his wife drove it a lot. Which says a lot for the wife to enjoy driving it so much. The engine is the original #'s matching engine that runs very strong without leaks or smoke. I do not have paperwork showing if its been rebuilt or not but if definitely runs strong with its correct intake, valve covers and ignition shielding. Under the hood is very clean & stock appearing, all of the vacuum lines are in amazing condition with the vacuum operated headlights looking to be fairly new. The original manual transmission shifts very smooth with no issues and a very strong clutch. It is nice and smooth riding down the road in this Corvette with the car being overall in excellent mechanical condition throughout.

Under Carriage: *Condition #3

This Under Carriage on this vehicle is very nice and clean with a completely rust free frame and a very nice factory exhaust system. The suspension appears to be in great shape and is nice and tight riding down the road. It drives just like a Corvette should. You will not be disappointed with this car
