Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3- (Excellent Original Driver w/Minor Flaws)

Here is a beautiful, classic 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz 2dr HT in over all, very nice condition. This is a true survivor and is basically, mostly all original from front to back. It is a true 12K original mile car and is most likely the best deal you will ever find on a low mileage '78 Eldorado like this. The car is very nicely optioned with power everything, A/C, CB radio and rare power moon roof just to name a few. It was ordered in beautiful medium blue firemist with a blue vinyl top and an ultra plush blue leather interior. The car has its original dealer invoice showing all its options and that it was originally ordered by and sold to a GM employee. We also have several of its original manuals. The previous owner, who was an older gentleman recently just, spent over $3,800 on this car, servicing it so it can be as reliable as it can. It really runs and drives excellent, just like a 12k original mile car should!

As we said before, this is going to be one of the best deals you will ever get on a 12k mile survivor like this. Here the complete story on this car and why it is priced so right. We bought this car sight unseen without all the pictures and compete inspection as you all have the pleasure of getting with our ads. The car was described to us as a mint, perfect, all original car. We paid a premium for the car based off of that description. After receiving the car off the truck, a week later it was not up to our expectations. It was a very nice, real 12K mile car but the paint had some flaws, a few things were not original and its was not as advertised. It was not the showroom new car described to us. So long story short, we are taking a loss on this vehicle and giving someone a great deal. In mint condition, we would have asked around $19k for it and would have sold it for that. Our current price is way under the money and is a true gift to its next owner. The car looks great to most and the original paint is not perfect, the interior is near mint, it needs a few items fixed, but has had a lot of money spent on it recently. It can be a great driver just the way it is or with a few dollars and time spent on it, it could be that showroom new car very easily. We just don't have the time to do that and we are passing on this amazing deal to a lucky new owner!

Exterior: *Condition #4+ (Nice Original Driver)

This Cadillac really shows beautifully to most. It basically has all original paint with a few touch ups, all original chrome and beautiful original glass. True perfectionists and purists can pick the exterior apart a touch. Here are the cars flaws. It has original paint but the hood and trunk have some flaws in the metallic under the clear, which can be seen under very close inspection. The roof and panel between the rear window and trunk have been repainted and are a shade off in color. The blue pin stripping has a few flaws. All the fender fillers front and back have been replaced. It was ordered in medium blue firemist with a matching blue vinyl top that is original and mint. The sides of the car are actually very nice with no dings or dents. If you wanted to make the car a 9 or 10, all you would have to do is paint the top of the car. Or leave it as it is to just drive and enjoy it while it still looks great. All the chrome and trim is in excellent original condition and shows great. This is one trim piece that has a bend by the driver's window. All the glass is in excellent condition. It is sitting on it original wheels, near mint matching hubcaps and new Vogue tires that look great on the car.

Interior: *Condition #2-

The blue interior is all original and near mint condition. It shows just like a true 12K miles car should. The leather seats are one of the most comfortable and luxurious seats you will ever sit in. They are soft and supple, the door panels are mint, the headliner is mint and the carpets are very nice with its original floor mats. The dash and gauge cluster is bright and clean as when it was new. Even the original steering wheel is mint. It would be hard to find a cleaner interior. Pretty much everything works in the car except for the clock and power antenna. The power moon roof was working excellent and when I was doing this ad, it would not open all the way, so that needs to be looked at. All of the original weather stripping is also very nice. Inside the trunk is completely all original also and looks great with its original space saver spare, air tank and jack that has never been used.

Mechanically: *Condition #3

The car runs and drives excellent. It has its original 500ci V8 engine that runs like a top and only has 12K original miles. Under the hood is completely all original. The previous owner just spent over $3K servicing this car. Doing everything to be driven and reliable, like a complete tune up, replacing all belts and hoses, etc. He also had the A/C system serviced, installing an upgraded compressor. I believe it is still a touch low on freon to blow ice cold. He also had the headlight updated to HID lights to see better at night. We do have receipts for all the work completed. The car really runs and drives very nice and is a pleasure to drive.
Under Carriage: *Condition #3+

The underside is extremely clean, original and totally rust free. The exhaust system all original and sounds nice and quiet. The suspension is all original and is nice and tight feeling. This again is only a 12K original mile car and it shows.
