Overview:

Here is an absolutely beautiful 1962 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900 coupe in excellent condition inside and out. This is truly one of the cleanest and nicest Corvairs I have seen in a long time. It also has a very cool history, as it is a true one family owned car since new. The gentleman we got the car from inherited it from his mother's estate 10 years ago and she bought the car brand new. It was a rust free Oregon car with only 96k original miles on it. He did a light restoration on an already very clean car at the time and placed it on display in his collection ever since. It features its original 6 cylinder engine which runs and looks like new with a rare automatic transmission. The car also has a striking color combination of white on red which is really eye catching. It runs, drives and looks amazing. Don't miss out on this one!!

Exterior:

This Corvair has a very striking look. It is a truly beautiful car that received a light cosmetic restoration about 10 years ago. The car is originally from Oregon and is completely rust free with a perfect body. It has super straight sides and an amazing fit and finish. The car was painted about 10 years ago in its original color of White and was stored inside ever since. All the chrome and trim looks amazing along with all the glass and rubbers. It is sitting on its original wheels and hubcaps with white wall tires.

Interior:

The correct red interior looks absolutely amazing and mostly all new. It does have a beautiful dash pad, gauge cluster, steering wheel and door panels which all look to be original. The seats, carpet and headliner are all new and OEM correct. You will not find a cleaner interior on a Corvair. Inside the trunk in clean as new with the correct trunk speckle. The original jack is missing, but can be found very easily. Everything works the car, which means you don't need to do anything to it.

Mechanically:

The car runs and drives excellent. It has its original 2.4L flat 6-cylinder engine with dual Rochester carbs that is all stock and purrs like a kitten. It only has 96K pampered original miles and you can tell by driving the car. Under the hood is all stock, original and very clean. It even has what could be its original spare still mounted. It truly runs and drives like a nice, untouched, original low mileage car should. It is very quiet, tight and a pleasure to drive!
