Overview:

Here is an absolutely beautiful 1959 Pontiac Catalina 2dr HT in amazing condition inside and out. We recently acquired this beauty from the previous long-term owners estate. The late owner had the car since 1984 and was his baby. I would classify this as a stunning survivor that received a beautiful cosmetic restoration with in the last several years. It only has 85k pampered original miles on it and an absolutely mint original interior. The paint and chrome is beautiful and recently redone. It is completely rust free car that was sold new in Denver, Colorado and spent its whole life in dry climates. The car has its original 389ci V8 engine with an automatic transmission and power steering and power brakes. Plus everything works in the car including the original AM radio. This is truly one of the cleanest and nicest '59 Catalina's we have seen in a long time. It runs and drives excellent and is overall very quality car all around. This one won't last long and even comes with its original manuals.

Exterior:

This '59 Pontiac shows beautifully all around with excellent fit and finish. As I said before, this is more of a survivor with a cosmetic restoration. The car received a gorgeous paint finish recently, done its original colors of two-tone Cameo White with a Roman Red top. It was is high quality job that was hand rubbed and polished to a glass finish. The fit on all the panels are near perfect and the body is straight as an arrow. The body is completely rust free with all original sheet metal and no repairs. All the chrome and trim on the car was taken off and redone to show quality condition when the car was painted. It has beautiful, crustal clear glass and newer rubbers through out. It is sitting on its original painted red wheels with optional tri bar hubcap and like new white wall radial tires.

Interior:

The striking interior is completely all original with exception of new carpet and is in near mint condition. It was ordered on lovely two one white and red to match the exterior. When we got the car it still had plastic on the seats to protect the interior, which it did an excellent job of as they were extremely well preserved. The dash and gauge cluster is bright and clean as new with stunning chrome. The steering wheel and horn button are mint. Everything works in the car from the wipers to the courtesy lights and gauges. Even the original AM radio works and sounds great. He also added a under dash 8 track player with two extra vintage speakers. Inside the trunk is very clean and all original with original paint and trunk mat. The correct spare and jack is also present.

Mechanically:

The car runs and drives excellent. It its original 389ci V8 engine matted to an automatic transmission. It also has power steering and power brakes for driving comfort. Under the hood is all stock and completely all original, with its original paint and markings. It sounds great with a newer dual exhaust system. The car drives excellent and is nice and tight. This car needs absolutely nothing mechanically and is ready to drive and enjoy. It is a true pleasure to drive!!
