Overview:

Here is an absolutely gorgeous, 1950 Studebaker Champion Starlight Coupe. This car was recently acquired from an older gentleman's estate. He owned this car for the past 12 years where it was stored in a climate controlled warehouse and very well taken care of and maintained. It received a full, professionally done restoration that looks absolutely amazing. The fit and finish on the car is excellent and was restored with a lot of attention to detail. It has its original build sheet from Studebaker documenting how it was built. It is even an original, rust free California car sold new in Santa Ana, CA. Everything on the car was redone or done correctly. Everything in the car works from original radio to the courtesy lights. This car truly needs nothing and is ready to drive, enjoy and show. Exterior:

This Studebaker has an absolutely stunning, factory correct and original to this car, Maui Blue paint finish. It has an absolutely laser straight body that looks like a mirror. The fit and finish on the car is excellent all the way around. All the chrome on the car was redone and looks amazing. It has all new rubber and glass all around. It is sitting on its original wheels with restored hubcaps and trim rings and OEM BFG white wall tires.

Interior:

The interior was also completely redone with its correct cloth and looks showroom new. Everything was done correctly. The dash and gauge cluster is bright and shiny as the day it was new. Again there was a lot of attention to detail on the interior restoration. Everything works in the car including all the lights, gauges, courtesy lights and original AM radio. Inside the trunk was also restored with its correct mat, spare and jack.

Mechanically:

The car runs and drives excellent. It has original straight 6 engine backed by a 3-speed manual transmission with overdrive. This car is very tight and true pleasure to drive. Under the hood is nicely detailed and all correct. We believe everything on this car has been rebuilt during the restoration, as it needs nothing. It is turnkey and ready to cruise.
