Overview:

Here is a beautiful 1952 Cadillac Series 62 2dr HT in excellent condition inside and out. This is a very solid car showing only 61K believed to be original miles. It is very rare being one of only 11,165 ever built in 1952 with only a fraction around yet today. This car amazingly has mostly all original paint, original interior and original chrome that has been lightly restored over the years. It is power by its original 331ci V8 engine and an upgraded 700R4 automatic transmission to improve drivability. The car is finished in its original color of beautiful and elegant Opal gray with a beautiful gray Bedford cord interior. It is truly an excellent example of a '52 Cadillac. It even has its original owners card still under the hood, showing it was sold new to Florence Youle on Sept. 24These cars are getting harder and harder to find especially in this kind of condition!!

Exterior:

This Cadillac truly has the look of a good, solid original car. It has what looks to be all original paint that has been recleared to protect its finish and give it a fresh look. The original color is elegant Opal Gray. It is super straight down the sides and all the fit and finish is just the way it came out of the factory. The car has never been hit or hurt. It has a solid body and underside. All the chrome and bright work on the car look to be mostly all original and in really nice condition. There are a few items that show more age then others but overall look good. All of the glass and rubbers are very good in the car also. It is sitting on its original wheels with 1957 hubcaps with excellent wide white wall radial tires!

Interior:

The beautiful interior looks to be mostly all original in gray Bedford cord cloth and looks excellent. The seats are covered in clear plastic and are mint underneath. It does have new carpeting. The dash and gauge cluster is very bright and clean. It has a mint steering wheel. All the gauges, lights, radio, wipers, and heater all work great. The horn and dome light do not work. Inside the truck is very clean and all original with its correct spare and jack.

Mechanically:

The car runs and drives excellent. It has its original 331ci V8 engine that runs like a top. This car needs absolutely nothing mechanically and is ready to drive and enjoy. The previous owner upgraded the car with a 700R4 automatic transmission for better drivability. The suspension is nice and tight and the brakes work great. Under the hood is very clean and original looking. This car is ready to drive and enjoy!!
