Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3+

This is an absolutely beautiful 1966 Lincoln Continental convertible that in excellent condition in and out. Coming out of the Southwest all of its life, this car is completely rust free and is a very well taken care of vehicle since new. It only has 73k original miles and it shows. The interior is completely mint and original right down to the carpet with soft and supple blue leather seats and rare factory bucket seats. The exterior has had a very nice cosmetic restoration, which is absolutely beautiful on this very solid rust free, southwest car. It is finished in its original color of Arctic White with an absolutely laser straight body, with great fit and finish. All of the beautiful chrome is either redone or possibly gorgeous original. It runs and drives excellent, like a nice low mile car should. This beauty is currently on consignment with us from a car collector who did drive it quite a bit and did everything it needed mechanically. This Lincoln is in amazing condition for a Lincoln Continental and is one of the best two years (1966 & 1967) for reliability on these Lincolns. Which are both low production years with only 3,180 convertibles built in 1966 and 2,276 built in 1967. Most of these cars are problem childs. But you can tell by inspecting and driving this one, there has not been any corners cut. It is worth spending the extra money to get one like this. Exterior: *Condition #3+

The exterior on this Lincoln is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful paint job finished in its factory Arctic White. This car was cosmetically restored a few years ago but still looks absolutely amazing. It had a base coat, clear coat finish that has been color sanded and rubbed to look as nice as it currently does. The car has never been in an accident or totally taken apart. The fit and finish is absolutely amazing with all the panels, doors, and deck lid lining up how they should with an absolute laser straight body with no nicks/chips/scratches on it. The chrome and trim is absolutely beautiful and looks to be mostly amazing original with some being redone. Also, with absolutely beautiful original glass and its correct wheels and hubcaps that have white wall radial tires. Overall this exterior is very clean and crisp as you can tell by the description and video. It is rare to find one this clean and nice.

Interior: *Condition #3+

The blue leather interior on this Continental is absolutely amazing and all original right down to the original carpet. It has very rare factory dual power bucket seats with a center console (this is an option you hardly ever see). The original leather is very nice and soft and very supple. The door panels are beautiful with amazing carpets with the original imprint on the floor. The dash and gauge cluster is bright and clean as new with no cracks and clean stainless (you can tell this car was stored indoors) with a very clean steering wheel that only has two small hairline cracks in it. When you open the doors, you will notice all of the weather stripping is very nice through out with beautiful sill plates. Everything that works in this car is the radio, power antenna, power seats, power windows, lights, courtesy lights, gauges, directionals, horn, heater, power top and left drop down rear window. What doesn't work is the clock, cruise control, a/c (does not engage like its low on Freon), power locks (you can hear but intermittently work) and the passenger side, rear drop down of the window doesn't work. Overall, this is all minor stuff in comparison to the big picture of what all works on this Lincoln compared to most of the ones out there, it is very rare to find them in this condition. The top and window system was just fully gone through and checked out. It has all new lines and top cylinders. It all works well with a brand new German Stayfast top.

Mechanically: *Condition #3+

Mechanically this vehicle is in excellent condition with the 462ci V8 motor. The client who consigned this vehicle with us has always maintained it and never cut any maintenance corners, which you can tell by how well it runs and drives. This car only has 73k original miles and has a nice smooth ride like a low mileage Lincoln should with a nice and tight suspension. Under the hood is all stock and correct with a very original look, if you want it to be perfect it could use a light detail but is in very good condition. Overall, the only recommendation would be to charge the air conditioning on this vehicle. This is definitely a car you can jump in, drive and enjoy without needing to spend money on it.

Under Carriage: *Condition #3

This Under Carriage is totally rust free. It is very clean and nice with all original floor pans and metal in it. The exhaust and suspension are all in very nice condition. Overall, it is very clean underneath and is just a great example of a nice original Lincoln with great originality and zero signs of rust.
